      Pros

      - The company has a nice gym for staff to use in Israel (if you go to work for that) - The company provides manicures for staff in Israel (if you go to work for that) - The company has a nice restaurant for staff in Israel (if you go to work for that) Unfortunately none of those things help staff develop their professional skills.

      Cons

      - High staff turnover due to significant underlying issues across the business (Product, Finance, Customer Support, Sales) - Company executives only care about themselves and their personal enrichment (note Rapyd has a private Jet, however staff were not paid bonuses in 2022 and were given no inflation adjustments to their salaries) - Poorly built products meaning clients will hate you for the damage you do to them or other internal teams will put enormous pressure on you to fix shattered glass.

      Pros

      Attractive marketing and branding, decent basic pay, industry-standard insurance package (but up to a certain limit depending on your salary - need to top up to cover more family members).

      Cons

      Toxic culture, poor management, and a huge gap between promise and delivery from management, product, and process. High turnover. Don't bother to explain business decisions to employees. Not paying bonuses or commissions this year due to poor business management.
