Great project. Great team. Great salary.

Not always the latest technologies for new projects.

Cons
* Sometimes the fast pace environment gets difficult to maintain the work-life balance
Pros
-Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology; -Working with team across multiple geographies; - Friendly environment.
Cons
- None that I am aware of.
Pros
* Young crowd, talented, full of enthusiasm and zeal to learn * Culture is open and transparent which encourages people to come forward with ideas * No middle management, you are open to initiate and execute * Good office space, the heart of the city * Get-togethers and outings which brings the team closer * The Japan team is very helpful and available * Good pantry snacks
Cons
Good stuff, no cons as of now. Maybe a foosball table :p
Pros
1. Salary is good for college students 2. Get to travel to Japan
Cons
1. Senior ppl ask you a lot of things in a very friendly way and then spread what you told them to other senior ppl. Then those ppl will hurt you or your colleagues by making friends unhappy with you or forcing you to join other teams 2. People who don't know basic things and act nicely to seniors are given partial treatment. It doesn't matter what you do 3. Lot of good people are interviewing and waiting for offer to leave
Pros
- Multicultural team, 80 people from 12 countries - Working on real engineering problems, impactful work - Founders are from academic background, lots of documentation and process, which make you think about each and every aspect of your work and excellence is expected and rewarded - Our values are Openness, Empathy, First Principles, Drive, Simplicity and being Fearless, which act as guiding pillars for us whenever it comes to making decisions.
Cons
- Lots of independence, so no place for people who like to be spoon fed. You identify problems, you solve them yourself.
Pros
Some people are very patient at explaining things.
Cons
Bad salary for experienced people Interns get thrown out for no reason Managers lie a lot and blame team members and interns for mistakes No truthful feedback. empathy gets used as an excuse for this Even if full team gets bad rating, manager will get promoted
Pros
Rapyuta is a great place to work at. You get to work with smart and motivated peers in small teams. They pay well. Culture is pretty chilled out.
Cons
Being a fast paced startup, expect to work hard.
Pros
Decent pay, visa sponsorship, glassdoor tells me I need at least 5 positive words but I’m struggling to think of a fifth
Cons
Leadership is bad, from baffling overall strategy to minute-to-minute decision making. Commitment to flat structure means that most important decisions are made informally through politicking. My team was constantly working around our squad leader, who would reliably change priories mid-sprint and was terrible at eliciting or responding to feedback from the troops. Lots of war stories around the office about forced overtime in freezing warehouses crunching for customer / investor demos.
