Pros
Nice guys to work for and flexible with time off. Paycheck clears and only bounced once.
Cons
No paid holidays, vacation, sick days or mileage. Overtime sometimes needed but not compensated as overtime. No ladder to climb. Narrow amount of jobs ever become profitable. You haul materials using your gas and truck. You provide and use all your own tools including mitre box, compressors and nail guns.
