Pros
Very relaxed work environment. The company picnic and Christmas party are fun. You get a bonus around the holidays. Breakfast or lunch is provided if you work on Saturdays. They will let you pay service bills in installments as an employee. Ray Skillman himself is very nice and cordial.
Cons
Management does not treat it's employees with fairness or respect. They are on their third office manager within a year and she is very condescending and rude. Asking her for the proper supplies and tools necessary to complete your job is like pulling teeth. I received virtually NO training when it came to the various roles I assumed, per their request. If you're looking for job security, don't work here. They will shift people from department to department without warning or reason, not caring about their employees hours or benefits. They will fire you if they don't like the way you look. You're only as important as how much money you make. If you're entry level, part of the office staff or paid hourly, management does not care about you. Diversity is virtually nonexistent, they will hire one person of color to meet their quota and then treat them unfairly until they quit, or fire them for a ridiculous reason. If you want to advance in your career it will be a very slow and painstaking process. Do not put in a two weeks notice if you are a salesman or service technician, or they will fire you on the spot.
