I worked here for 4 months and it was the worst 4 months of my working life. Team Leaders favour Eastern Europeans and frown upon Brit workers ...they expect you to learn evreything within 4 days then berate you *with no witnesses * when you don't... they speak to you like dirt then act like you aren't intelligent enough to be there ... very clicky , unrealistic training expectations, a lack of people skills ,uneven amount of Eastern Europeans to Brits, spoken to like dirt with o witnesses by team leaders frequently destroyed my confidence
