Horrible Management

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Flexible hours, work late afternoons.

Cons

Management is very very disorganized, there is no leadership of communication from the top down. They never own up for their mistakes and are constantly saying one thing then never follow through. Typical call center job. Management throws employees under the bus. I’ve sat in on meetings with upper management before and they bad mouth at least half of their employees then in slack say how much they appreciate everyone. Employees are asked to leave positive reviews so they receive awards and they don’t listen to anyone’s feedback. Upper management doesn’t take their jobs seriously.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Pros

Flexible hours to work, but they are moving their building to Lehi.

Cons

Bad work environment, this is a typical call center job not for anyone seriously trying to make a career. Management is bad, they try to be everyone’s best friend before their boss which leads to no accountability. There is always a problem with payroll and their solution is for you to reach out to the payroll company to figure it out, they have changed payroll companies probably 5 separate times. They never own up for their mistakes or mishaps but try to place the blame on others. Don’t listen to any of these reviews, they are fake, they ask their employees in slack to post and leave good reviews to make their company look good and bribe them with free food. Just look at the dates of the reviews they are all from the same time periods. They never follow through on anything, will tell you one thing to get you to work hard and then have zero follow up on it.

Inconsistent management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

You can make your own schedule.

Cons

They shove metrics down your throat and are completely inconsistent. They change hours, rotate members on your team, and how they treat you depending on how you are doing. If you are doing well you are praised, if you start to struggle, you get yelled at and punished and not given any understanding. I’ve seen friends fired over this.
