Pros

Plenty of food and alcoholic drinks, pool & table tennis

Cons

Left previous coy to join but fired and terminated immediately within joining just one week. Called up for discussion at 5 pm, told to pack up and leave with immediate effect, reason being "do not know where to place and fit you in any role." Is that valid reason to dismiss someone who just joined ? Within this period, they also hired another staff playing similar role. Also refused to pay outstanding Central Provident Funds owed to me according to Singapore law for several months until I lodged complaint with the board.

Pros

• I spent my career in very corporate and political work environments. I know exactly how it feels to see useless/unskilled people getting promoted just because they knew how to play their cards. RR is everything but political. They don’t care about your fancy degrees nor your previous titles. It's not about where you are from but where you want to go. • The CEO is very approachable. I particularly enjoy our chats on the business’ expansions. • The extremely talented, creative and fun people you get to work with. • The international transfers. • The amazing culture and the Friday Forums. • The sweets table.

Cons

• I think we need to invest more in our people and spend more quality time understanding their needs and developing their careers with us.
