      Fantastic immediate team with great chemistry, poor leadership

      Pros

      - Somehow in spite of themselves they stumbled across and hired some amazingly talented smart people - Kick-ass manager, possibly the best I've ever had - Very flexible environment - Genuinely seemed to care about overall employee health and well-being

      Cons

      - Nepotism, cronyism - Weak, passive agressive, largely absent (in some cases) and ineffective leadership - Inability to recognize, appreciate and retain quality talent
