Pros

-Excellent company culture -Wonderful leadership personalities -No workplace politics -Great team overall -Was extremely happy there -GM in Charlotte is one of the best managers I've worked with in my entire career -CEO and other corporate leadership are approachable and make an effort to know all employees -They listen to employee feedback -Best work-life balance -Relationship oriented culture, sense of belonging is prioritized -Leadership truly wants you to be successful -Realistic goals to get accounts

Cons

-Overstaffed sales team and tight prospecting parameters/limitations making internal competition a difficult factor to work around -No real admin position or measure tech position for the multifamily sales team putting a lot of operational load on sales staff which makes at time conflicts with sales success -No real room for advancement to leadership unless you plan on staying in the same role for many years. (Can argue both sides on this as they do promote from within frequently, which is good, just to longer-tenured employees, which I can also say is fair. Outside of rare cases, new talent must be willing to start from the bottom again) -While the sales goals are realistic, it is not the company to become a high earning sales person in your first year. If you meet your goals you can stay employed but don't see much income growth past the base salary until the 9-13 month mark. This is not the sales role for instant gratification and there is not much ROI in the first year outside of just staying employed. -Base salary is average, but not competitive. -After the first year certain business expenses are only reimbursed at 50% which I don't particularly find ethical *with all of this said, I would 100% still choose this company all over again if I could go back in time. This was an excellent employment experience and success is absolutely achievable if you are prepared for the length of time it will take to be successful. Knowing what I know now, these cons listed are something I wish I had known ahead of time to better prepare myself for the challenges of the role. Best company I have worked at to date and the leadership is extremely supportive.
