Pros
Coworkers are fun people to work with. Made some of my closest friends here. LGBT+ inclusive Wage is good for the position (when it's given to you)
Cons
Inconsistent hours and pay - sometimes worked 6-7 days in a row, sometimes wouldn't see a shift for almost a week Boss is the biggest issue - Bad business decisions - Takes bad days out on employees by micromanaging and berating - Doesn't listen to employee feedback - Kept tips from employees for months without their knowledge - Promised pay raises that never came to be

It's a fun job and there's a variety of tasks.

The schedule can be a bit inconsistent, but there's opportunities to add hours in other areas.
