      Pros

      Be involved in some serious commercial projects from beginning to end. Learn a lot about construction and everything that goes with it. Great foreman and laborers.

      Cons

      Company seems unstable. Lot of changes and restructures at the moment. No bonus was given after a long year of hard work and successful projects.

      Some great people in office. Really want to see you succeed. If real support happens from upper management there are some great possible opportunities.

      Leadership team is too heavy. Certain leaders micro-manage, without being capable of doing their own work.
