1. The CEO is incredibly unprofessional and is always changing the direction of the "product". Sometimes he holds meetings while in the bathroom and has shown up 20 minutes late to client meetings while eating. He thinks its "cool" that he acts like he doesn't care but it just ends up backfiring.
2. RM used to have an office in the heart of SOHO but since there is so much client churn and 0 company culture, Paul deemed the office to depressing and decided to have a "distributed" team. That really means he failed.
3. So many people have left the company, it just seems like its hanging by a thread at this point. Do not work for this company.
4. If you look at the customer list, there are only a small handful of big name brands. Thats because only small companies really need the product (making it hard to collect money). Bigger brands have left altogether.
