      Pros

      Rebuild Group has a family atmosphere, where everyone truly enjoys working together. Management does a great job at hiring for culture, making sure that every new hire meshes well will existing staff. Management is approachable and willing to listen to any ideas on how to make the company better.

      Cons

      The office can be cramped at times. The building is in rough shape, but getting better.

      An open space for employees to share ideas and are encouraged to grow. Individuality is valued, and creativity is a priority.
