Decent Company Brandon Devlin is Awful

Pros

Good people except for Brandon Devlin. Good technology. Good real estate learning experience.

Cons

Brandon Devlin, one of the three founders, is just miserable to work for. The others are great. Brandon however-- absolute scumbag. S-C-U-M-B-A-G. Brandon you yellow-bellow, namby-pamby, moron you are awful to work for. Seriously if you are about to work here one of the founders, Brandon Devlin is just awful. If you interact with him you'll see why. Not kidding he's a disparaging, libelous wackjob. He fashions himself funny. You're the real joke Brandon. He's the worst kind of leader. He is fault-finding while simultaneously lacking introspection, lacking personal accountability to his employees for his company's poor performance, and personally lacking emotional regulation of any kind. Brandon you oaf. You joke. SCUMBAG. In the same day Brandon will contradict himself multiple times and then hold you to task for it following one of his contradictory statements. Also you won't make money working here. They have never been profitable. Commission plan is terrible I haven't seen anyone make sufficient money to consistently to feed their families.

Pros

You get some real estate knowledge of the area.

Cons

Company-centric focus: Unfortunately, the company seems more focused on its own success than on supporting employee growth and well-being. Shady upper management: I've observed questionable ethics and manipulative practices among the upper management. Fear tactics: There's a tendency to use intimidation to enforce a specific mindset and working approach, creating a stressful environment The office is run on ego. Unfair labeling: I've noticed that employees who deviate from expectations are automatically labeled as ineffective, which doesn't foster a positive work culture. Low compensation: The pay offered is notably low, which can be discouraging and may not reflect the efforts put in by the employees. Restrictive commission structure: The commission structure is designed in a way that makes it quite challenging to exceed the base pay, limiting potential earnings. Unsupportive work environment: I've found the overall work environment to be lacking in support for employee success and satisfaction. Employees are overworked and under appreciated. Mental well-being concerns: Considering the aforementioned issues, I would caution others about potential negative impacts on mental well-being when working in this environment.

Pros

Some great people in the IT department and Call Center

Cons

Everything else. Literally. Old "boys club" toxicity. Upper management is hideous as well. One of these guys will make homophobic jokes about you to other reps and other managers.
