Joke! Such a joke!

Pros

No pros any longer. This has become such a stressful place to work. Most of us stay for the clients we serve but they are about to have a walk out! The interm CEO is a joke! Rude, fake, micromanage happy, doesn't listen, loves to interrupt and is choking us feeding on her power trip. If someone does not make her step down from temporary ceo, they won't need one because the agency will not have workers. Enough with this. Best friends and family of higher ups should not be allowed to be placed in higher roles with higher pay. Some say nepotism on here, really gang, it's worse than that. Disgusting, then say "we care" "were family " no, your family and friends are in roles created for them not earned, not worked hard for. Seriously at this point they should have a stack of court cases against them!!! Diversity sucks, fairness, non existing. So disappointing and hard to keep coming in every day anymore.

Cons

The one star that the app makes you choose. Undeserving. But my clients.

Pros

Working with the less fortunate

Cons

Management related to the CEO bullies coworkers and starts rumors about them to others, causing toxic drama between workers. Fear of not getting paid due to inadequate clockin system reliant on horrible wi-fi that has frequent outages. Management protects their family members who work alongside you, so their family members take the liberty of shoving their workplace responsibilities onto you. It's personally so weird and awkward to hear management end a work-related call with "I love you" to the receiver. Management fails to implement simple safety measures to protect workers and clients against violent individuals (like an alarm system). Management is very bitter and immature if you announce your resignation.

Pros

You can meet people with great potential and can make a great impact on them.

Cons

Legit everything. People there thought they had PhDs and knew everything. They didn’t even know anything about addiction or how to stop. Dangerous with no support or safety plan. No way to move up in the company.
