Pros

Hong kong is very good for tourism but living expenses is too high. So please don't accept the offer just because of Hong Kong.

Cons

Compensation package is half of the Hong Kong standard. They mainly hire from INDIA from IIT/NIt/Bits/some reputed college and the work standard is also very low. Each month expense is 20,000 HK$ (FLat + Food, sharing will be little less). Maneck (CEO of Rn) will make lot of false promises so please don't go by his advice on anything. There are issue with notice period and the bond. The complexity is too high and would restrict you to switch. Maneck will not compromise anything , he will ask for refund of Visa fees and initial expense. Don't join the company it is just fooling people.(INDIAN people mainly). There are no guides in the company.

Pros

It was small team so there were no formalities or process that had to be followed. Working hours were fixed. Team members were friendly.

Cons

No technical expert of the product, since the employees leave this company early. Very bad work culture. Salaries were way below the market standard. Salaries were paid by check. People from India were hired so that they could be hired with salary lower than market standard. Even it being a very small team, there was no freedom of work. Size of the employees kept on shrinking. No medical insurance.

Some nice team member in the office.

Cons

Salary is way below market rate and sometimes late. Maneck Mohan, CEO is bad person and will lie, manipulate and bully staff. Much micro management. Staff are used as cheap resources from India and not treated as human.
