None at this point. Work culture was good until the beginning of this year.

1. The CS team is frustrated. Each team member is drowned in a never-ending loop of tasks with a short timeline 2. The salaries are way lower than the market rates 3. The company is not making money and hence firing employees

Salary was credited on time.

Cons

Pay was below market. Workload was very heavy and people were burnt out. Old tech made everything slow and frustrating. There was no real growth or raises. Forced 5 days in office, no flexibility. Culture was toxic with too much politics. Talk to ex-employees before joining, the positive AI reviews don’t reflect reality.
