      Lots of Culture Not a Lot of Benefit

      Pros

      Lots of company "corporate" culture, team building, lunches, networking events. Lots of value propositions but poor execution.

      Cons

      Heavily reliant on drinking and alcohol, no room for growth or upward mobility. It's almost a pyramid scheme with the tops getting all the commissions for our hard work. Not accommodating to work/life balance or having a family. Not much inclusion, it's a club for rich people.
