      Long, but flexible work hour Smart, friendly co-workers Free booze Friday Free pizza every Thursday

      Cons

      long hour low pay subjective employee performance evaluation system extremely high employee turnover rate, by mid 2012 about half of the employee was either temp workers or interns high manager turnover rate does not provide matching 401(k) health benefits are mediocre at best poor working tools almost none on the job training many dissatisfied clients bad office location

      Great environment & people, but meager pay & no real opp for advancement. Good for those fresh from college.

      Pros

      Management tries very hard to make it a fun working environment, and they often succeed. The relationships you create there are awesome and you keep them long after you leave.

      Cons

      You get stuck without realizing it. You should plan on leaving within 2 years after getting some experience under your belt. The pay is typical to a startup.
