Pros

* Wonderful team with a lot of spirit, creativity and discipline

Cons

* A constant distrust of the employees * The company hired people only to months later fire everyone * Very shady business practices * Very poor treatment of employees after termination where the employees were not freed from their duties despite constantly promised to. Forced to sit off time at the office despite nothing to do. * The CEO, Jean-Marc Broyer was terrible towards the team, solving things through bullying, raising his voice in anger, and having a very short fuse. Very poor people skills and very poor understanding of the video game genre he wanted us to make. * Had no desire of a good send-off or farewell with the team before closing the studio * Fired everyone and bought Red Fly instead.

Pros

None, really I cannot tell what was a good side of working there.

Cons

- Treat employees like a things that can be add or removed as necessary; - Extremely extended overtime hours without any comp time; - Studio is run by people who think that know the market inside out, yet fail to make any meaningful title and making bone bad decision after another; - Company seems rather as atm for highest management the an actual development of decent gaming company; - The solution for all the problems that company coped was to close one studio and buy another;
