Only desk fees No micro managing For self motivated people They believe in letting the agent keep 100% of their commission U get more motivated when u are not sharing rewards of your hard work
Cons
No micro managing so if u are someone who works better with accountability then u should work with brokerage who will take 30 to 40% of your commission and will push u to meet their standards
