Cardiff office is in a central location

Cons

Office is old, dirty and dated. Managers and directors are rude, demanding and often make comments about people’s appearance and looks. They set extremely unrealistic sales targets. You have no room for growth or career development here. Word to the wise - there are some amazing agencies out there, Red isn’t one of them.

Met some great people working there, this would be a good role for someone looking to move into recruitment

Cons

Very minimal training and support, you're expected to just pick things up even when you haven't been trained to do so. Very minimal support from management even when it comes to mental health. Very long hours without much reward and very difficult to progress.
