      * Great camaraderie, especially if everyone treats others like family * You get an employee discount (better than nothing)

      Cons

      * Pays minimum wage * Doesn't offer PTO (would sometimes guilt trip you from taking the day off) * No room for growth * Depending on who your manager is, you can experience what they called "power trip"

      Limited amount of store credit meals, discount on certain products.

      Cons

      EXPECT TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS. As the store crew member, you're going to be given almost every task responsible in the store. Clean, serve food, take orders, keep track of inventory. Everyday was tiring and for minimum wage. You are not allowed to accept tips from customers. On busy days, you are overworked and sometimes asked to stay overtime. Overall, don't expect much from a low position--they will milk you for your labor as long as they can before you resign.
