      New leaders new 5 school are very poor

      Pros

      Due to addition of so many high school students, you are a babysitter. New Leadetship level tolerates any excuse. They don't back their staff at all.

      Cons

      Several new leaders to the school hired have no spine. They do not consider facts and support staff. If new hiring supervisor then avoid like the plague

      They understood and worked with my limitations. Everyone I worked with was really nice.

      I worked with school age childcare, and it got really repetitive
