      Could be worse, but not a great job

      - Decent pay for the work you do - Quite a bit of freedom

      Cons

      - Got cut because of bad management and financials - At the time, not a lot of work to go around - Growth opportunities limited - A lot of support work; requires on-call support (including weekend and off hours work)
