      Could have been worse, could have been better

      Pros

      The ideals are strong. The new additions to leadership are also strong and show potential for taking the company back to it's glory.

      Cons

      Difficulty with process and execution. All too often, internal projects get in the way of client work. Pay and Benefits are not competitive on a national scale.
