Typical of software companies, with "sales engineers" everyone wants to be the smartest guy in the room, engineers bickering , coupled with a the rush to be the number one yes man. Culture gaps between the federal and commercial teams has been a continued issue, customer satisfactions seems low, despite the uniqueness of the product. Fairly regular employee purges within the technical and sales departments, along with the better employees moving onto more lucrative roles in Silicon Valley seems to leave the companies wheels spinning. Market awareness of the product is very low for a company this old, that says something.
