Your co-workers are committed people, who will give you a hand whenever you need it.
Cons
Long days of hard work. They offer candidates time flexibility, when they actually use this to get their employees to do unpaid overtime. Total lack of organization and culture. The company operates internally as a small or family business. The CEO's decisions are usually unfounded and negatively impact daily tasks. He lacks leadership and often threatens its employees to "motivate" them.
