Pros
Great fun colleagues and interesting projects with potential, but that's pretty much where the positives end. Easy to mingle with each other co-workers since all of us felt and been through the same nonsense from Management and the team leaders.
Cons
Upper management consistently overlooks employee welfare and mental well-being, prioritizing perfect output within unrealistic timeframes and offering inadequate compensation. When staff request salary adjustments, they're met with endless excuses and justifications for the lack of pay increases. Employees treated as disposable, with the attitude that anyone unhappy with the toxic culture can simply resign. This disregard for staff creates a demotivating and unsustainable work environment.
