Pros
Most colleagues were great. Office was really nice at the time but I think they've moved.
Cons
Operations were a mess. Lost commissions because jobs weren't executed by crews properly. Was never paid for several job. Very difficult to sell jobs because of high pricing. Lack of proper training at all levels. They don't really understand the industry and how to win jobs. High turnover. Owner is scammy. I don't see how they can survive as they must be hemorrhaging money.
