Pros
Highly supportive environment offering excellent flexibility and all the tools you need to do a good job and the freedom to do it in a way that works for you. The owner is passionate, positive and proactive, if you are a motivated and accountable person this environment will work well for you.
Cons
Small business (though not a con in my books), for those who like a larger more corporate environment R+R is not, but for those who like a close-knit team and value flexibility, it's a better environment for you.

Pros
Working at Redwolf + Rosch is great. You get to work with a supportive team of talented people. The cohesion of the group allows to flourish in a Techy space where individuals respect one another, their candidates, their clients and their business partners. Special kuddos to Natalia for helping to cement it all together.
