      Was good while it lasted

      Pros

      It was great working there. We had small teams and had an open door policy. People were really friendly.

      Cons

      Apparently the software we produced was 20 years old, and was getting more and more costly to support, hence customers kept dropping, so we were laid off. Currently, not much in the way of opportunity.
