Cheapskate is the key word. Record PEP every year but secretaries, support staff and non-equity lawyers get ripped off every year when it comes to raises and bonuses (or lack thereof). Says a lot about the kind of people who run this place.

Some Partners do not respect their staff. A little threatening and toxic environment to work for. Not ideal for one's mental health.
