only good thing I can say about this company is that you have flexibility to make your own schedule.

this company is RACIST there is no diversity your higher ups belittle you and they LIE A LOT there is no opportunity of growth if they tell you that during interview they are lying, this company doesn't even give you vacation and the fire people for no reason

remote and coworkers are very helpful and sweet

they do not give overtime and try to use the cheapest route possible as a slap in the face... they give you 5-10 dollar amazon gift card for making the most calls like...(and only 2 people that i worked with would actually try and get the goal like very desperate and sad that was our only incentive)..... just give over time that has to be illegal. When i got let go the manager laughed as she said what i did wrong on the video call. i reported that but obviously nothing will be done. the company is a joke they over work you making 200-300 calls a day with McDonalds pay. it's a little crazy
