      Hands down, the worst company I have ever worked for!

      Pros

      It doesn't matter if you have a criminal record or not, you can still work at this company. You can even get rehired if you quit or get fired.

      Cons

      Don't let the positive reviews trick you. This is NOT a place you want to work for! - Shameful and immoral upper management - Gives false expectations to everyone they hire about the potential for career growth - Benefits to male employees over female. All women expected to have kitchen duty. Men excluded. - Inexperienced/uneducated staff - Internal politics include favoritism, back stabbing and two-faced employees

      Pros

      Weekly compensation. Casual attire. Children can come to work sometimes. This company provides a very family type of environment. Frequent luncheons and charity work for local business.

      Cons

      This company has very antiquated ideas in operation. The owners of the company are out of touch and don't pay attention to the real problems of their company. One owner's son emulates an entitlement and tries to be everyone's friend. He does not lead by example. There are a lot of cliques at this company that even delve into the physical aspect of relationships. Managers and owners don't enforce consequences and allow situations to fester. There is a lot of drama at this company. Even managers who will gossip. Not good examples of leadership.

      Pros

      For the most part, the people there are great. The product that they sell is also great so it's easy to get on board and appreciate the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Recent actions make it appear that the company is going in a different strategic direction. The accounting department has especially taken a big change which ultimately drove several hard working and dedicated employees away. The family environment that I started with is now more corporate with top leaders that often seem to mirco-manage.
