      Learn being a Baniya

      The Lab facility is located in Lonavala which gets heavy rains. as a result the facility gets affected . Tissue culture are contaminated with Fungus . Quality Control is poor Government inspections are "managed" by giving bribes by management. These people should be in Jail.

      It's family business. Satyen Sanghavi directly get CSO position because it's his father business. But such a immature guy. Who feels everyone slaves in his company. He will fire you anytime with no reason.He has no value of anybody but he is CSO.HR ITSELF SAYS ITS MANAGMENT DISICION so they want to say it's boss disicion we are not part of MANAGMENT. Wow what a company manegement. If you working with MNC plz do not go there. Company culture is bad then BMC culture.CSO do not know how to talk. What to do. Such confusing CSO I never seen in my 7 years carrier.

      Things at HQ are really screwed up Dominant and lacking management Management tries to prove competitors wrong in order to prove themselves good You can be terminated at any given day the management feels No job security Unnecessary late sittings due to CEOs mis-management
