Pros

Rehab is the best company I've ever worked for. For a small agency, their case study history and (current) client list is insane. Only the biggest global agency networks can boast client credentials anywhere near as interesting. They are forward looking in terms of the type of work they take on. They're not interested in "advertising" in the traditional digital agency sense, but in solving real problems and creating experiences that improve the world. The people are an amazingly rare calibre. Hands down the best team I've ever worked with anywhere. The standards are unusually high and the commitment to quality is universal. Everyone shares responsibility for the big picture, and everyone genuinely cares. From strategy and creative to UX, design, development, account management and production, you won't find a more high performing (and personally excellent) group of individuals.

Cons

Resource forecasting is always a challenge, but such is the business of delivering world-class products and services in high demand.

Pros

There were some nice briefs to be had, and a few really good employees making great work. Rare late nights, a good get-out-at-six understanding. Good processes in place made production work run smooth.

Cons

After shutting down the Belfast office and making a large number of London redundancies specifically to the development team it felt as if the spirit of the company was thrown out too. Very few developers left to work and make stuff with. The type of work coming into the building took a turn for the worst, and with that morales followed suit. There was a noticeable hit to the culture because of this, causing a near entire turnover of staff in under a year. The new staff coming in to replace the old management setup didn't follow the pattern of employees that made rehab a fun place to work - bringing a slow, old school ad-agency vibe that was never there before.

Pros

There are dogs in the office

Cons

Don't be fooled by the spin. Promises lead to nothing. Favouritism is rife, so too is bullying. 100 other agencies are doing the same thing but better and with much more experienced management.

Hello, thanks for sharing your feedback although I'm sorry to hear you're having/ have had such a negative experience at Rehab. As you know, all of our global clients and our management are indeed real and ethical people, most of whom have been with us for many years. However, I'm sorry you feel aggrieved in the way that you do, and if you'd like to discuss it in person please do get in touch.
