      Pros

      - good discount - allowance - great quality clothes

      Cons

      There was poor communication and the managers never took accountability for anything. The top sales employees felt overworked and just left the company. We rarely made goals and managers would blame the team even though they didn't advertise the grand opening.

      Pros

      Currently a staff of 4 people, Management is hands on with new hires. The product is simple to sell, even though the brand isn't quite known. Good work-life balance for a college student. Shop-Manager & Supervisor are friendly and engaging.

      Cons

      The pay-rate could be better. Bonus structure is challenging to meet. Reaching individual sales target is quite hard. Seems like upper-management is disconnected & disinterested with current staff.
