It's a mess of a place that seems to run on chaos instead of competence. The internal politics are exhausting, and the so-called talent calibration process is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen a people team come up with. It feels arbitrary, disconnected from actual performance, and more focused on bureaucracy than recognizing real contributions. Do yourself a favour and don't come here

- I don’t have anything to add other than to echo all of the in depth honest reviews already written. This place is seriously toxic for your mental health. The only way to succeed is through playing the game and workplace politics, not by working hard.
