      The Management Lacks Empathy

      Great team spirit, awesome colleagues.

      Cons

      Nepotism, lack of career growth, the HR is not happy when people exceed their strict kpi’s. Poor salary structure. The CEO would say the reward for keeping your job is meeting your kpi but would still fire you do no reason after meeting said kpi.

      Remote, fair pay and great company's mission.

      Cons

      HR is non existent, no one fights for the rights of the employees. A one man show where the CEO makes emotional and erratic decisions.

      Work is flexible, 5 days on with 2 days off. You are entitled to leave days but it is after a year. Opportunities are available to move to other departments.

      Cons

      Pay is not very high, you need to be a fast learner.
