Pros

Working at Repos Energy has been a wonderful experience, especially as a recent MBA graduate starting my professional journey in a startup environment. The company provides a very positive, flexible, and employee-friendly work culture that makes every individual feel valued and supported. One of the best things about Repos is the leadership and the people. The colleagues are extremely helpful, approachable, and supportive, which creates a comfortable and collaborative workplace. The management encourages both professional and personal growth, and the learning environment here is truly inspiring. I especially appreciate the daily journaling sessions conducted every morning, which help employees improve themselves consistently and stay motivated. The company also conducts yearly goal-setting sessions that encourage individuals to focus on long-term growth and self-development. The company provides satisfying compensation and encourages employees to take ownership and grow individually. Being part of a startup like Repos Energy gives great exposure, learning opportunities, and confidence to build a strong career foundation. What makes me feel even more proud is the vision of the company. Repos Energy is not just working for profits; it is working towards building a better and more developed India through innovation and sustainable solutions. It feels meaningful to be associated with a company that has such a larger purpose and impact. Overall, I feel proud and grateful to be part of Repos Energy, and I believe it is a great place for young professionals to start and grow their careers.

Cons

As a fast-growing startup, the work environment can sometimes be fast-paced, so new joiners may need to adapt quickly to changing situations and responsibilities. Depending on the role, there may also be frequent travel requirements, which can be demanding at times but also provide great exposure and learning opportunities.

Pros

One of the best aspects of working here is the people and the company culture. Even though the role is target-driven and competitive, every team member is supportive and willing to help whenever needed. The managers and team leads are approachable, encouraging, and always available for guidance. The company places a strong emphasis on employee well-being. Starting the day with meditation and maintaining a positive work environment creates a healthy culture. The HR team is also very supportive and genuinely cares about employees. The onboarding and training process was smooth and well-structured. Since the business operates in a unique niche that combines technology and fuel management, proper training is essential, and the company does a good job of preparing employees. Working here also provides exposure to an innovative industry with significant learning opportunities. The work-life balance is generally good, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Cons

As a growing startup, some processes and workflows could be more structured. New employees may occasionally need to figure out certain things on their own, as not all processes are clearly defined or documented. Introducing more standardized workflows and clearer operating procedures would help employees gain clarity faster and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, during periods when team targets are not achieved, employees may be required to work on Saturdays. While this is understandable from a business perspective, a more structured planning approach could help reduce the need for additional working days.
