      Pros

      Reprise has flexible work hours, family friendly atmosphere, good pay, friendly people and straight forward work. If you like working on restaurants this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      High-pressure, short deadlines, doesn't foster involvement in networking or career-building organizations. No real mentorship in the firm.

      Pros

      good place for new graduates to gain some experience, flexible hours, pretty good pay, free parking, near 35W corridor, IRA match to 3%, company contribution to HSA

      Cons

      little teamwork or collaboration, back-stabbing is the norm, not a very friendly work environment, little or no opportunity for growth, "feel like a number", senior management needs to learn how to manage, "people don't leave a workplace, they leave bad bosses"
