      Pros

      Maybe income, benefits, work remote, nothing else I can think of. Nothing. Stay away from this place. Lots of nepotism and favoritism.

      Cons

      Where do I start...WORST COMPANY IVE EVER WORKED AT. Poor management, training, no mentoring, management so unsupportive and could care less about you. Lots of finger pointing, threatening. I could go on and on. Lots of turnover. They'll lay you off in a second without warning. Look elsewhere!!!

      None , whatsoever, benefits, maybe and income

      Too many turnovers, u/w management inconsistent with mentoring-horrible training - poor leadership- Underwriters come and go -revolving door- Prejudice company- Negative management , poor leadership, constantly threatening- and system issues are inconsistent. work off two systems, major issues with company uw manmade document review software system.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than average for these positions. No communication and organization between departments, no one knows what is going on and everyone is trying to figure it out as they go. There is a lot of favoritism and that is clear to other employees. There is no company culture and HR is to blame for that,
