Pros
I really enjoyed getting to know all of my coworkers. There was a certain level of cameraderie that was formed, as pay was low and management generally treated everyone horribly. They were flexible with hours though, which was perhaps the only perk.
Cons
The pay was absolutely horrible, in proportion to the expectations. Management was catty and was prone to play favorites. Layed off people who would cost them the most in insurance (older employees, pregnant employees), at the height of COVID. Also, please hire at least one person of color.
