You get free core services.
Cons
Pay is not sufficient. Ownership will manipulate, gaslight, and blame you for their mistakes. They never let your creativity shine through and they have forged previous management signatures to fire a sick employee. If you want your mental health intake, do not work for this location in a leadership position.

The services are great and it is fun getting to help people with their wellness journey. Fun work environment. No day is ever the same.
Cons
No benefits. Lots of micromanaging. Don't get paid enough for all that you have to do - marketing, sales, operations, managing. Not a lot of help from corporate.
