Pros

People care a lot about the work they are doing with restaurants, there is a lot of camaraderie and help between teams, and projects continue to develop. As Resy and Tock merge, there is a “start up” energy to the space that very much supports an entrepreneurial spirit. Also, Amex as a backer allows for great benefits (specifically 401k match at 6% and incredible PTO)

Cons

Definitely in a state of flux at the moment (writing this spring 2026) so objectives change regularly. Also, along with benefits, Amex brings a lot of red tape.

Pros

Good place to be during growth phase. Lots of work to do and flexibility on projects you work on

Cons

Bureaucracy would slow down decision-making. Some leadership product was meticulous and did not support career growth.
