Ops and recruiting are a mess. People with no experience in their roles make inefficient strategic decisions, and it shows. Operations, recruiting, WX, and facilities all run on "vibes" and chaos—no structure and no follow-through. Turnover’s high, communication’s nonexistent, and somehow this still gets labeled as “culture.” Moreover, it seems like everyone’s on some sort of drug. How ironic, considering this is pharma. People come to work and host interviews looking like they just rolled out of bed, without even bothering to shower or brush their teeth. I’d be embarrassed to host investors knowing the team is this sloppy and doesn’t see themselves as the face of the company.
