Pros

Excellent culture within our team. The product is going in a great direction. Good benefits.

Cons

-They offer low salaries compared to industry norms for technology companies. Employees will leave over this eventually due to the climbing cost of living and once they lose that employee, they will have to turn around and hire someone at a higher salary to keep up with market value anyway. -If you read the HR document that outlines how much salary increases with a promotion, it’s disheartening and is not motivating other than a title change. -They promote employees that are great at their job/ or mediocre at their job but are a favorite instead of promoting employees that are great at their job and have the leadership skills needed to excel in a management position. This is one of the largest downfalls I’ve seen at most companies, not just here.
