      Pros

      They build a good relationship with their employees. They focus on company culture and if you respect it and participate, you have very good tools to communicate with leadership and peers. They pay attention to professional development, if you tell them you would like to professionally focus on something, they adjust the projects within reason to help you reach those goals.

      Cons

      They have had growing pains, but they respond to them and take it seriously.

      Pros

      Reveer has kind and knowledgeable leadership with good work-life balance and support. They are dedicated to improving the community of Charleston while raising up the next generation of engineers. Mentorship and technical expertise are always available with the wide range of engineering experience from the management team. The company works hard to align their projects with their vision and incorporate a culture that is supportive and challenging.

      Cons

      Reveer requires total engagement and really getting to know yourself and the people you work with. This is not what all employees look for but it is very rewarding if you are.

      Great work culture that is lived out by staff and managers. Lots of team support. Open environment for collaboration. Fulfilling work that makes a difference locally. Lots of opportunity to network for yourself and the company. Lots of fun work events outside of the office.

      Cons

      You have to be able to adapt to a changing environment, priorities often shift without warning.
