Horrible place to work

Pros

Good coworkers. Because it is sooo horrible working here, you kinda band together to get through till you find your next job.

Cons

The CEO is honestly one of the worst people I have ever gotten to know. He will try to make everything seem wonderful until you are hired. At that point you will be verbally abused and treated horribly. This is the only place I have ever worked where it was totally normal for someone to get chewed out and screamed at every day. No one would even react to it because it was so normal. There are even cameras set up in the office because of previous law suits against the CEO. They mention travel as a perk, but that means you are stuck with the Vicks the whole trip. Do yourself a favor and do not work here.

Pros

There are no pros. Even getting to know the Vick family will make you a target of their vindictive nature in the future. It's best not to get on their radar and preserve your happiness and career path.

Cons

The CEO is a sociopath and routinely demeans and browbeats the staff. The average employee lasts less than 6 month here. The CEO will entice people with tales of travelling the world, industry contacts and high comissions and then proceeds with what appears to be a concerted attempt to destroy lives, careers, happiness and self-confidence. Several of my co-workers and former employees have had to seek counselling, and one was diagnosed with PTSD. The CEO's favorite go-to phrase is "I appreciate you, just not that much" and will spend hours (literally, hours) every day trying to crush someones spirit because they asked the wrong question.

Pros

Opportunity to interact with C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.

Cons

The office itself is dark and depressing, and the management is verbally abusive to employees.
